1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("the Player") and ad786 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the ad786 website and all services available through it, including but not limited to online gaming, sports betting, live casino, crash games, Teen Patti, Ludo games, esports betting, slots, and the VIP Club programme.

By registering an account on ad786, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2.2 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on ad786. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person — identified by name, mobile number, payment method, device, IP address, or any combination thereof — constitute a breach of these Terms. Ad786 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to withhold any balances held across them pending investigation.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration, including your real name, mobile number, and date of birth. Ad786 may require you to verify your identity at any time using government-issued documentation. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

Ad786 is intended for use by players in Pakistan. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is specifically prohibited by law do so at their own legal risk. Ad786 accepts no liability for players who breach the laws of their own jurisdiction by accessing the platform.

2.5 Prohibited Persons

Employees, directors, agents, and immediate family members of ad786 and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in games or promotions on the platform.

3. Account Rules and Security

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security of your ad786 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Ad786 will treat any action taken on your account as an action taken by the account holder, regardless of who actually carried it out.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ad786 support immediately. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the account. Ad786 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.3 Account Suspension

Ad786 may suspend or restrict your account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in a manner that breaches these Terms, involves fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. During a suspension, access to funds may be temporarily restricted pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Ad786 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following PKR payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Ad786 does not accept payments from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the ad786 account.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Standard withdrawal processing time is under five minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within the same business day for IBFT and card withdrawals. VIP members receive prioritised withdrawal processing — same-day from Gold tier, near-instant from Platinum and Diamond.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard player weekly withdrawal limits are Rs 200,000. VIP tier limits are as follows: Silver Rs 400,000; Gold Rs 700,000; Platinum Rs 1,000,000; Diamond Rs 2,000,000. Ad786 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Large withdrawals may be processed in instalments at ad786's discretion.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on ad786 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees. The balance displayed in your account is always your actual PKR balance — ad786 does not quote in any foreign currency.

4.5 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a deposit made to ad786 without first contacting support is a breach of these Terms. Ad786 reserves the right to close the account and initiate recovery of any winnings generated from the disputed funds if a chargeback is filed without prior contact.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on ad786 are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most deposit bonuses on ad786 carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) that must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Bets placed with a stake below Rs 50 may not contribute to wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Ad786 reserves the right to determine eligibility on a per-promotion basis. Standard exclusions include: players who have previously self-excluded and returned, players with pending verification, and accounts identified as having abused bonuses in the past.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Ad786 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, employing low-risk betting strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and coordinating with other players to arbitrage promotional offers. Such behaviour results in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential account closure.

5.5 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. The bonus percentage and maximum match amount are as published on the ad786 promotions page at the time of registration and are subject to change.

6. Gameplay and Fair Use

6.1 Game Rules

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before placing wagers. In the event of a dispute about a game outcome, the platform's recorded result is final.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

Ad786 takes reasonable steps to ensure the integrity of all game technology on the platform. In the event of a technical malfunction — whether in a game, a payment system, or the platform infrastructure — any bets or transactions affected may be declared void. Ad786 will not be liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

6.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited on ad786 and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software errors or bugs rather than reporting them
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through external means

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Game-specific minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within each game. The platform-wide minimum single bet is Rs 50 for most games. Maximum stake limits vary by game and are subject to change without notice.

7. VIP Club Terms

Participation in the ad786 VIP Club is subject to the general terms set out here and the specific programme rules published on the VIP Club page. Key provisions include:

• VIP tier status is assessed monthly based on total wager volume across all games
• Tier thresholds and benefit structures may be adjusted by ad786 with 30 days' notice to affected members
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses only and credited to the PKR wallet each Monday
• Cashback carries wagering requirements as specified per tier — Bronze and Silver carry low requirements; Gold and above carry near-zero requirements
• VIP status cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to another player
• Ad786 reserves the right to remove VIP status from any account found to have breached these Terms

8. Responsible Gaming

Ad786 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all players, accessible from account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit ceilings that take effect immediately when reduced
• Session time reminders: Configure on-screen reminders at intervals of your choice
• Reality check notifications: Periodic prompts showing time spent and net session result
• Temporary self-exclusion: Close your account for a defined period — 24 hours to 6 months
• Permanent self-exclusion: Permanently close your account with no option to reopen

Self-exclusion is activated immediately upon request. If you self-exclude, you must not attempt to open a new account during the exclusion period. Ad786 will use reasonable efforts to identify and close any such accounts.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms

In all cases, ad786's maximum liability to any player for any single event or series of related events is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 90-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your ad786 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Accounts closed voluntarily cannot be reopened within 30 days of closure.

11.2 Platform-Initiated Closure

Ad786 reserves the right to close any account with or without prior notice if:

• The account is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms
• The account holder is identified as a prohibited person under section 2.5
• The account is found to have been used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity
• The account holder provides false identification documents
• Regulatory or legal obligations require us to do so

11.3 Balance on Closure

If an account is closed for a breach of Terms, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned. If a breach is confirmed, any winnings derived from the breach may be forfeited in full.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Ad786 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered players via the registered mobile number or the platform notification system at least 14 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the ad786 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the amendments take effect.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typos, clarifications that do not alter the meaning of existing provisions, or updates to contact information — may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the most recent change was made.

The governing language of these Terms is English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version prevails. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of ad786 that cannot be resolved through our support process will be referred to binding arbitration.
